Help Password Reset

Take it to a Sprint Store and have them reset it for you.

you dont have to do that, heres what you need to do:

Its called a factory reset. turn the phone off, and take out the battery. Wait a couple min. Put the battery back in, and hold down the talk button and hold down the center button (optical scroller). While holding those two down, press and hold the end button while holding down the other two, DO NOT LET GO OF ANY OF THEM. Keep hold down all three buttons, the progress loader bar should flash yellow or green . If you get to the sprint screen it didnt work, start over. ( It may take a couple of tries) This brings you to the factory test mode. Use the optical scroller to scroll down to 19. (it says reset). Follow the onscreen prompts to factory reset your phone. Reboot. Your good to go. Maybe someone should sticky this?

This does not factory reset the phone. Reset on this screen really should be labeled "reboot" because that's all it does. The only ways to factory reset your phone with the current build are to choose the factory reset menu option, or to use odin to reflash the device. That said, I thought there was a way to gain access using your associated gmail account if you forgot your passcode. Read the stickies, I'm pretty sure someone already asked this question.

KeithKris is absolutely correct. I'd really like to know where this rumor that going into test mode can result in a hard reset got started... It's a little frustrating that this mis-information keeps getting spread around here.

Ive done that tons of times messing the adb and stuff it is not a factory reset it just resets your phone. Anyways if you cant get into your phone to do a factory reset then id use odin and reflash it.

Yeah. Idk about that. It does, for me however, make it so I have to take the battery out and put it back in after I use test mode or else my phone wont boot up again.

I think not... If you have speak up... I have helped a few already, and although some peoples cases I could not help for they did not know their password, that was not what I promised... I promised help provided you knew your gmail address and password and that this still didn't work.

Until you have actually tried my service and got scammed, how about not slandering my name.

Sure beware, I got it... By all means, beware, however, if I was a scam would I ask others to speak out against me if they had the reason?

I have also stated, maybe in another forum, that I do not require all that information so much anymore. I think I have found ways around it... So.. I am always looking to improve my name as a scammer that I have not even earned yet (I never scammed no one)... People paranoia is the best of them, and honestly I understand. MY idea has risen to the CEO level of Sprint, so no worries. Soon it will become something of tech support.

While I should be insulted by everyone's scam claim while no one has ever been sammed by me, I get it... OS I leave it to those in need. you want the headache of starting over, by all means go that route, the $5 I ask for is a donation now. It is not even required. Maybe if one of you step up to the plate and possibly took the risk and tried me out, and not get scammed by me while getting your phone unlocked, then you can change your tune... Until then people, you have a bunch of skeptical paranoid people... If anyone of you have been scammed by me please speak up.

That's what I thought! I have scammed no one, no one has anything to say to me or my operation other then through ignorance and being niave. That's their choice and though it hurts my business I will remain strong. As I said, I am at CEO level with Sprint, so I am not doing to bad for myself.

First, it's not naivety nor ignorance. It's skepticism and logic... with a dash of prejudice.

Second, If you are in fact at the CEO level of Sprint, then you should be just fine with people not using your service.

Third, "I have scammed no one"+"I have helped a few already"=You have very few account infos, and would need more before the money generated from a theft would be sufficient to justify the risks involved. I'm not saying that you are a scammer, I'm just saying that there is no solid reasoning in your "support" for why you are not a scammer.

Fourth, your service seems to be essentially nothing more than someone writing down their own gmail name+ password. Actually, more accurately. It's essentially someone emailing their own new gmail login info to their primary email address (the main one other than gmail) after they signup for gmail.

Fifth, as you have pointed out, momentunlock is going to be purposeless soon (because "Soon it will become something of tech support" right?). Which is why I do not understand why you claim that "my business I will remain strong." This contradictory language makes me even more skeptical of your "business." Get it straight. You are either being put out of business, or your business is going to remain strong...

Quite simple really. Or so it worked for me. I turned off the phone and took out battery... waited a few minutes then put it back in and turned back on. I went to my email and entered my email and password, then it accepted it... so hope that works for others.

if you remove password you program the same program of the phone.
