Help How to clear EVO's in-phone storage??? running low

I have astro file manager and a decent amount of apps but not too many....ive moved as many as i could to SD card, but i still receive triangle notice telling me space low on phone...around 45MB...is there anything i can erase thats just not visible? im pretty knowledgeable with the Evo, but cant figure this one out...

try to open up enough space to download app2sd from the market. this free app will show you how many apps are capable of being moved to the sd, how many cant, as well as your cache size, which you can delete. also make sure your email isnt packed with old emails and attachments. hope this helps

Someone mentioned the other day people need to clear out their caches for Facebook, twitter, email, text, etc.

First off, THANKS!

secondly...i simply deleting the "thread" or email he same as the cache? i searched throughout the settings and never saw a clear cache option...pls direct this defeated boy

Go to settings-applications-manage apps and go through your apps and when possible, you will be given the option to clear cache

You can download this app cache cleaner. The developer also has the Apps2Sd app you need.

Also, delete your text messages. Back them up if you need to but get them off your phone. I just deleted mine and cleared up about 2 MB. Use 1Tap cleaner that thomas mentioned above and clear all cache and search histories. Clean up all your emails. You will save a lot of space by doing that.
