i woke up and had 4g back in south eastern mass, but once i got to work which is in a 3g area i had 1x again, im rebooting as i type this hopefully when it loads back up ill have 3g again.

EDIT: Thats all it took, my 3g is back which hopefully means when i get home ill have 4g again too!

I got 3G back late last night in VA....and of course this sh!t had to happen on the one day I was trying to win something on Ebay last night on my phone since I was at work :mad:

!!!!! I had to call my husband to put a bid in for me right before it ended and he did and I fortunately won. This 1x crap is unacceptable!

Woke up to 4G in the Tampa area but by the time I got to work i was back on 1X. Rebooted and now on 3G. At least it's a good sign i saw 4G this morning.

3G was back up for me (central NJ) last night around 1030pm. my house doesn't get 4G, so i don't know if that was up too. as of 830am this morning I'm in NYC with full 4G service.

i emailed VZW a complaint about how disappointing this outage is, and more so how disappointing it is that we were not notified. i would expect all users to get some kind of notification beyond a twitter post that was released hours after the outage started. there was no press release or notification that i'm aware of. that is a major shortfall if you ask me.
the response i got was:
"I am sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced with the 4G outage... I understand the need to have a working device...
At this time we do not know when the 4G outage will be resolved." (Keep in mind I received this email once I was already back up on 4G.)

and that's about it. i'm not going to press for me, because a) i'm not really that kind of person and b) i was up on 3G with the xda fix anyway, so i didn't really suffer that much. though again, it would be nice to see VZW step up and offer something to everyone, prompted or not.

Yesterday I noticed I had 3g in the morning. As the day went on it went down to 1g. This morning it's back to 4g. Guess it was just a bad day for 4g.
