I wish I knew how to change launcher pro's notification color badge. I'm not liking the red.

Thanks for everyones help.

you need a themed version of launcher pro. but it needs to be an older version. the new 8.5's theme engine won't allow for it. but I am sure it will in the future. I am still using 8.4 so I can have blue notification bubbles.

themes are now down loadable from the market. but you can read about them here [THEME|MOD] 04.27.11 signals23 LauncherProPlus widgets **MORE THEMES** - xda-developers

in post 2 it explains how to change the notification bubbles. if you can pull the apk and edit xml's that is.

personally I would just turn off the gmail notifications in your dock settings so you don't have to look at the red ALL the time.

Just completely revamped my phone's look, still a bit of a work in progress, not sure if I love it or not. It ironically looks somewhat less busy in real life, because the live wallpaper just quietly percolates along in the background and is less of a focal point than it seems to be in these pics:

Got this look using LauncherPro Plus, Desktop Visualizer, and a combination of icons that someone created and posted on here (from whom I have slavishly borrowed the design idea), and icons I made myself.
