Help 4g fail again?!

I am in Boston, and my TB couldn't connect to 4g since May 9th. I called verizonwireless and they said they received complaints from the states, but they don't have official response and don't know the reason yet.

Any of you have this problem? especially in Boston area?? Or it's just my phone?

I work in Boston & live on Brookline. No problem here.

dumb question. Have you rebooted your phone? Turn off, take battery out and put back in.

Also, going into Airplane mode and back out also works.

I work in Cambridge and have no problem here. I also checked a couple of days ago on my way north bound on I-93 to NH and 4G is lit up all the way to a mile short of the border. I haven't had a problem getting LTE since the major outage.

I'm in Atlanta - woke up to a dead phone for the first time this a.m.

No 4G. I've switched to 3G for the time being.

Anyone else in Atlanta with no 4G? I restarted without Fastboot, and had 4G for about a minute, then nothing.

Yeah I have 4G and internet in general go down at least once a day in Boston. Nothing helps, removing the battery, factory resets, airplane mode...nothing.

I am installing the update as we speak, and if this 3G/4G issue isn't fixed (my phone seems to be really bad with this) then I am sending it back and getting another one.

And no, I do not want to turn the 4G off. I got this phone for a reason.

Good luck with the return! I work in Natick, AND there is a tower out that provides 4g at the office. Only 4g is a problem 3g works no problem. I had to manually switch to 3g to even get any internet. I have been waiting for the engineers for a week now to fix it! I got the down load today and it didn't fix the issue. I have 4g every where else that I am suppose to except work and fenway park.

Help 4g fail again?!
