Which one did you do by accident? :p

That's why I've never done it, just in case the default ROM happens to be loaded with the orange bloatware.

I grabbed 2.2.1 as soon as I heard it was available bud (think that's right FW number lol) then had missing texts etc.

Handy to know I can go back to the original that the phone came with if need be :)

I'm in the Menu how do I go back to 2.2?

I've never actually done it, but I would expect it's the Factory Reset option. My mate was talked through the process by HTC when he got the flaky 2.2.1 update and the guy I spoke with at Orange yesterday told me that a backup ROM is installed on all handsets in case the installed ROM becomes corrupted. It's accessed by holding down when you turn the handset on. He actually suggest I give it a go as it might brand my handset....

Never, tried it and neither am I going to. If you want to give it a whirl, might be worth confirming what you're doing with HTC beforehand.
