As an immigrant from a rooted (GSB) Eris, I am thoroughly satisfied by the Dinc in every respect - save one. I'm hard of hearing and need EQ, but the best of those apps require rooting, so...
Rooting the Eris was easy using 1-click, and I found myself flashing the latest and greatest GSB ROM 2-3 times a week. No problems.
But for some reason the Dinc seems problematic, and the instructions I've found are conflicting and confusing.
What's the best process? And what ROM do I need for best audio control (telephone voice - music is unimportant)?
