I am not just if anyone has found this out yet. But I called Verizon this morning because my HotSpot was still working and I did not want to get charged. The Representative from Verizon stated that they have extended the Wi-Fi Hot Spot till JUNE 15th. She also said it will automatically stop working once the deadline ends.

On another note, she said she did not have much info on the subject because they still have not determined a price for 4g Wi-Fi tethering. Thank Goodness for Barnacle tethering :).

Peace,

I was just wondering about that! Thanks for posting this.

I noticed when I turned on hotspot this morning I got a reminder message that this was a temporarily-free service, but it's still working fine. I hadn't seen that message since I used it for the first time, so it looks like they're making sure everyone remembers this is a temporary benefit during the extension period, but it is still working. :)
