you need to download all 3
and plug your phone in to your computer through usb
and enable mass storage protection
drag and drop the 3 zipped files to the root of your sdcard, which is the beginning of your sdcard that opens up when you open the removeable drive through the computer
then unplug your phone from pc and
then open droid x bootstrapper
hit bootstrap recovery
give superuser permission
hit ok for success
then hit reboot recovery
scroll to wipe data/factory reset with the volume down button
then scroll to yes with the volume down button and to select it hit the camera button
then wipe cache the same way you did with factory data reset
then go to install zip from sdcard
then choose zip from location
and install
PT1 FIRST
then when its done go back to choose location
and install
PT2
then when its done go back to choose location
and install
PT3
then when its done hit the back button
and reboot phone
it takes a while for it to boot so be patient
