Sorry about that, I am aware of Dolphin's multiple versions but it was categorised into one just like Opera Mobile and Mini.

I use Boat Browser Lite most often now, even though it's been removed from the market (hopefully temporarily -- it appears that they violated some policy in their blurb in the market, not that the app is malware or any such). I like its handling of multiple tabs/windows, and I think it plays Flash videos with less delay than the stock browser. I was using Firefox, but it can't do Flash and it displays graphics in low resolution that gets pixelated when you zoom in.

Oh, and one other thing I like better about Boat Browser Lite over the stock browser is that its User Agent setting is persistent -- I'm a big fan of the desktop experience as opposed to mobile pages, which typically don't give the option of playing embedded Flash videos, and Boat Browser Lite lets me see the full sites more easily.

Where do you get boat browser? I went to download it and it cannot be found in the market. I searched Google and couldn't find it either.

I use opera on my pc and phone. The default browser has some nice features and some pages look better but opera is smoother with my phone and i have all hte bookmarks there.

As I said, Boat Browser Lite been removed from the market, but it's still available at their (very minimal) web site, boatgo.net.

[Edit: oops, sorry, the name is "Boat Browser Mini". For some reason I got the other name stuck in my mind.]

And I forgot one other thing I really like about Boat Browser: it has excellent support for marking and copying text to the clipboard, better than the Gingerbread mods to the stock browser.

Sure. Unfortunately, I can't post a screenshot. I'm not rooted, so I have to rely on the Home + power button combination on my LG G2x for screenshots, and as soon as I hit the Home button, Boat Browser cancels the highlighting operation, so so the screenshot contains just a plain vanilla web page.

How it works, though, is that the main menu has a "copy" command. When you select it, tapping or dragging on the screen highlights a section of the text; when you lift your finger, "handles" appear at either end of the highlighted region to let you adjust the beginning and ending points. That's just like Gingerbread. What's nicer is that, while you're dragging initially or moving the handles, you get a little magnifier window that enlarges the area around the end of the highlighting, making it very easy to control precisely what is selected. Also, there's a popup menu that appears next to the highlighting with the choices "Copy", "Search", "Share", and "Cancel." "Copy" puts the highlighted text in the clipboard; "Search" runs a Google search on the highlighted text; "Share" copies the text into the clipboard and then pops up the usual sharing options, so that the highlighted text gets inserted into the selected app. It's really convenient.

I just tried Dolphin HD and xScope. Liked it initially, but I still prefer my Opera Mobile.
