Title show say: why am i NOT eligible for N1 upgrade.
My 24mo contract expired in Dec '09. So, I'm thinking if I could upgrade to N1. So, I went to the google site,
- get my phone
- select the T-Mobile radio button
- select No, I want to modify my existing individual plan - continue
- select No, I want to modify my existing individual plan, then enter in my current T-Mo number and last 4 soc #, then select I'd like to upgrade the phone on my existing T-Mobile individual plan., then check the Terms and Condition - Continue
- the system then comes back giving me the only option to buy phone @ $529.
Did I miss something during the upgrade steps? Thanks!
