Try Bluetoothmode and APNdroid, works ok with desktop visualiser.

That's not exactly what I was looking for... You can place a widget and can't change its icon or you can open the app via Desktop Visualizer BUT... If you use Wi-Fi Switch with Desktop Visualizer it switches your Wi-Fi without opening any application and that's what I need...

But thanks anyway ;-)

Actually, no... you cannot use Desktop Visualizer as a toggle. Desktop Visualizer is only a widget shortcut.

One thing that you can do is use APK Manager to change the widgets of existing toggles. This is how I made the Android7 Tile Widgets. They are all other developers' toggle apps that I reskinned to match.

Another option is to use an app like Beautiful Widgets, which lets you make custom graphics or images for its toggles without tearing-apart/putting-together and app with an external program. See here for examples.

Hope this helps!

You can check out tasker to eliminate the need for widgetsoid. As an aside, I have pretty much given up on widgetsoid because of constant fc issues when the device is charging or connected to the pc.

May I please have this browser icon without the label. I can't seem to find some good image to be used as the internet/browser tile, if anyone has any, please provide it to me.(It shouldn't be a logo) I would be very grateful.

Just found this on Google Image seach, almost like the one above....almost :)

I sized it to 3x1.

How would this work out for a HTC Wildfire?

It wouldn't. The image dimensions listed in that post are for a 480x800 resolution. A simple Google search shows the Wildfire to have a resolution of 320x240. There is no set of image sizes available for this low resolution.

Suggestions:

1. Use the DVR Size Config Tool - by Desktop Visualizer to get image dimensions for your device.

2. Do the Desktop Visualizer Image Size Test that I created.

3. Ditch Sense and use a third-party launcher.

4. Get a new phone.

I would just love to have the lockscreen picture (little box guy) on first post and to know how to do that lockscreen - I know how to do the lock screen sliders but need the actual wallpaper and how to get weather to look like that?

Could anyone kindly help out..:)

I have a Sony Xperia Arc

Many tks

Frosty

Rather than just give you an answer, I will tell you what to search for.

Hit the "Search This Thread" button at the top of this thread and enter "danboard". I have a few posts in this thread (and other ones) with the wallpaper(s) posted.

The clock is Beautiful Widgets with my custom "Debossed" home and weather skins.

The sliders are just standard sliders using WidgetLocker.

I also have a separate thread: Post Your Lockscreen Screenshots that has a lot more WidgetLocker themes.

Hope this helps.
