Official Netflix in Market for Evo 4g 2.x

I have done a bunch of Google searches and can't find anything close to what you are implying. Maybe you can so a search and post a link for us? Everything I have read has stated that Apple will not allow Flash on it's mobile devices. Yes Adobe is working on power management and other things for mobile devices but you are connecting dots that aren't there. Power management is not the only issue Apple has with Flash.

This is all i can find

I have not updated to 2.3. I cannot find Netflix on the market place but I had it when it was previously available. It still works fine on my non-rooted phone. It did not ask for any updates or force close on me. I will avoid 2.3 until all the kinks are worked out.

The Dark one

This is good to know. Thanks.

I have two EVOs with 2.2, and two with 2.3.

As reported, Netflix still works great with 2.2.

I understand it not working on release of GB. Things happen. But, closing in on a week.. I wouldn't think it would be that difficult.

Fortunately, driving from Mobile to Tampa, able to watch on sons 2.2 EVO.

Sorry...I can only read so much and then I gotta chime in...the flippin app has only been out less than a month. Yet you'd think they were rippin out part of your intestine you've had all your life. You're gonna cancel your stinkin subscription...what a bunch of dumbasses they are at Netflix because they didn't anticipate what another flippin company does. And that $9/month you pay...it's a near fortune.

Thank the good Lord none of you whiners live or work anywhere near me. They'll fix it when they fix it. In the meantime, come up to the surface for some fresh air.

I'm still using 2.2 and have been using the Netflix app with no problem. However, this morning the app says it can't connect. The error shows up right away and I have the option of retry or exit. I tried to deactivate the device on the website but that didn't help. Is streaming still working for others still using 2.2?

The Marketplace wouldn't let me download it because my carrier (Metro PCS) is not fast enough. However, I can use my wifi instead. Luckily, XDA Developers came through. Now I am watching Netflix, not over my carrier's connection, but through wifi.

This version works great on my rooted HTC Evo (metro pcs flashed)
