About Andbuddy
Andbuddy is a service that provides free file hosting for Android Developers and there followers. Our servers have dedicated 100MB pipes, which means you can download your files at high speeds. Users can download files for free with a little wait or donate and get a Premium account to download without the wait and increased download speeds.

We are still in the BETA stage and have a fair few ROM/APP/THEME Dev's already using us, but want to offer the service out to a wider audience. This community has offered me so much and I wanted to give something back.

About The App:
The app itself is still in development, but will be released by the end of next month, It will allow the user to search a developer, see most downloaded files, sort by device, sort by App and the list goes on.... The best part is of course this App is free of charge.

The Website:
The website is up and running and in Beta stage, with everything going well so far: http://www.andbuddy.com

How do I get an Account?
If you are a DEV and would like a free account, please let me know and we'll get you up and running in no time.

For users we are giving away the donate accounts free for 6 months, if anyone would like to try the service out and maybe upload a few of their own files.

Feedback:
It's really important at this stage we get as much feedback as possible, all feedback is welcome, what other features would you like to see etc?
Please leave any feedback within this thread for now. I will setup a bug tracker soon.

In depth Info:
Coming soon - full feature list of what to expect in the APP, E.g Beta App Market - where developers can post there apps and games to be beta tested.

Known Bugs:
None!

I like your service. I've registered :D

Are you planning on having any forums or community-based discussion? Also, as mentioned before, I recommend creating an interesting link in your signature here on androidforums

Good stuff :)

Sweeds Account upgraded to premium :). Have fun, please ignore the flength error on the uploader - its just a problem with the status bar - which i will resolve this weekend. files upload just fine anyway.

We will have a comminuty of some sort eventually, were working on the app first ;) about 60% complete on that.

Forums, doubt it as theres so many great ones already like this.

Have Fun

What would be really cool, and forgive me if this is one of those crazy asking for too much suggestions, but what would really be cool is some type of app engine support.

So like some type of secure database hosting/backend type API that was easy to integrate with an app. I dont have anything too specific in mind but I'm sure I could come up with a few ideas.

Games would be an easy target here (leaderboards). Social type apps too.

Perhaps some type of templated website an app could hook into.

Anyways, neat product, but I think stuff like that would really pique my interest. I know as an app dev who knows a bit of PHP and SQL I find myself way too lazy to want to code all 3 :)
