created a new threat..
This is going to be my first Android smartphone... The anticipation is killing me!!! June 24th can't come soon enough. I can't wait to fool around with this thing and start developing Applications for it.
I am with you Geddon. My first smartphone, looks like the best android thus far. I have been with Sprint for a decade and would have gotten a Iphone earlier if they had offered it. But the EVO3D is a beast, I think it one-ups Iphone in every way except it seems like 80% of the really good smartphone games are exclusive to Ios, because they offer opengl sound and whatnot.
I am excited to show it to friends and co-workers. I am not much of a gadget/tech head and don't usually go around to showing off new gadgets, but people are gonna straught up ask to look at the display. Most of the people I know haven't even seen a 3DS yet so the glasses free 3d should illicit their curiosity.
I'd have to say the CPU.. I'm on the EVO, which is single core.. Also, the qHD screen, more vibrant with colors then the EVO. Lol. Also, the 3D option is quite interesting.. Wouldn't use it much, but looks pretty legit. Over all I'd give this phone a 4.6 rating out of 5.

I have high hopes for the rgb-qHD-SLCD... From what I understand it's supposed to be quite beautiful.
I am running a ROM on my EVO 4g with pieces of sense 3.0 and there are so many ways to reach
frequent apps ... dam overkill
This is the pull down notification bar ... i liked it better with quick power control widgets on the top, HTC should of thought about implementing that... and maybe have the quick setting tab be favorite apps
here is another way of reaching frequent apps .. holding down home button... can be accessed from anywhere just like above method ... two things doing the same thing now.
And here is the application button which takes u to another screen (apps, frequent, downloads) with the star being frequent instead of favorites ...
How many ways do we need to reach frequent apps ... they def should of made one of them pull up favorite apps that could of been customized
If i am missing something .. please correct me .. who knows if this will change on the day of release but this is overkill to me in which they could of implemented more useful features ...
sorry for the rant .. just had to get that off my chest .. i feel better now .. how do we get HTC to read this ...LMAO
Most excited about no more black bars on my movies
HTCSense.com? I'm assuming it'll have all of the stuff that was announced with the Desire HD/Z plus whatever new stuff they came up with "Sense" then.
Zing!!!

Most excited that It is going to be my first smartphone.
so basically everything:
nice pictures, video, fast web browsing, widgets, big screen, games, useful apps, replace my ipod, fun 3d ability, google powered, tethering, checking my forums & facebook, maybe get me into twitter, most of all i can rub it in my friend's face who loves everything that Apple puts out and consistently tells me how superior they are to android.
I'm super pumped.
