Sprint website went down again... probably everyone getting home and ordering or checking their order status.

Edit: News from the Sprint site; It looks like there is no reason or rhyme to how or who is getting their tracking numbers. People from all different parts of the country who ordered at completely different times. I'm trying to be patient, but I must admit I'm getting a little frustrated.

I ordered 9am today. I just got my email just now. Will have it before I leave work tomorrow. Yay...off to go cancel my Wirefly order so someone will move up now.

By the way....No tracking number..>Just says UPS overnight 6/22.

And I am in Boston.

Oh and that my order website...my number NEVER worked ...always said SORRY...so I just call them.

Edit: Just for fun I go in a different way on the Sprint Site. Went to DO STUFF and then Track your order..and voila my tracking number was there. Sheesh....

Same here. Says "We're sorry; the number you entered did not match our records. Please check you number and try again. Remember to include all dashes."

I got that too for a little while before I got the tracking number response. Almost definitely a temporary glitch. As more of us get our tracking numbers and can finally stop hitting reload every five seconds (guilty!:D), hopefully their system gets more stable.

I'm just guessing... but I think that's the system response if they're currently working on your order. Does that make sense? Just guessing...:eek:

Now it says the number I entered doesn't match their records.... Oy vey. I am sure it is just because the system is overloaded but it scares me slightly.

Nothing to worry about, their system been doing that all day. Hopefully by the time it comes back up you will your tracking info.

I just called Sprint to get my order tracked and they said their systems are down for 2 hours. She told me to call back.

Second thing is, it seems that some of the orders from last night were cancelled today and re-ordered. So, if this happen to your order, instead of receiving your phone tomorrow you may get it Thursday.

Lastly, there is some speculation going around the Sprint forums. It seems the majority of the people who have received tracking numbers are non-SP members. Interesting...

Not sure how they did these orders or how they processed them but under my order history, the two orders I made last night where cancelled and then subsequently re-ordered. So, I don't know what else to say other than keep hope alive.:)

Yeah, I'm not sure how they are processing orders but it seems completely random to me. People on the Sprint forums are trying to assign a pattern to it... but it seems totally random to me.

Edit: It looks like all the Evo3D's coming from the warehouse in KY are getting tracking numbers. If you're on the west coast we *might* have to wait a little longer for whatever warehouse on our side of the country to ship them.

The rep that I have on the phone now said that they don't have to ship the phone out until friday....just orders that made it to the warehouse in time would be shipped out early. I ordered right after the link went up last night and still have no tracking information.

Same...had mine ordered within a few minutes of the link being posted. I'm in Missouri so I should be getting mine from the Kentucky hub. No shipping email or tracking number listed yet...just still says the same thing since this morning:

Status: Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. If you have questions, please call 866-789-8292 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays and Sundays.

Head up guys... So from the Sprint Forums:
"Every order has 2 numbers. The one you get with your confirmation email and another you can find by going to your sprint acccount > Pay Bill > See My Order History. The one there will be the DM60# while the one in your email probably started with ai."

Now I've tried those numbers in my order history and it shows my order from last night was cancelled and re-ordered. I don't know if this is good news or not... but in any case the two new order numbers listed don't work on the Order Status Tracker either. =(

LOTS of people who stayed up late last night had their orders cancelled this morning and re-placed at a later time. Probably putting them behind other people who in reality ordered after them.

I ordered mine at 12:38am Eastern time last night. I am in NYC

I have no tracking number as of yet. Also on my order page it does say one order on 6/20 that was "canceled" then re-ordered on 6/21

Anyone else say that?

My status has been processing at warehouse since 9am this morning.

I just looked at that and mines the exact same...I wonder if they realized a bug and went back and redid everyone's order from late last night. The total amount on the new one is 208 somethin and the total on the bill in my email is $220.78
I wonder if they had a bug calculating taxes so they redid it? That's gonna make me mad if mines not sent out yet.
The new order (after searching it in tracking) says:
"We're sorry; the number you entered did not match our records. Please check you number and try again. Remember to include all dashes. (xx-xxx-1234567)"
