Next phone, HTC or Samsung?

I really like my HTC Incredible (with the exception of my stoopid Yahoo acct notification issue LOL!) but will be getting an upgrade on my broadband line soon. It's Verizon and I am thinking about just upgrading to a Charge or Inc 2.

I have not heard a lot yet about either one feedback-wise. Only thing I have noticed is that the Charge can be a little cranky about activating.

4G is not that important to me but I am in an area that has it.

What are some pros and cons you have experienced with either?

Your decision is a no brainer, wait for the Galaxy S II to come out within the next month. Anyone that has looked on any tech website or read any reviews knows the GS2 is the best phone made right now.

having owned both samsung and HTC branded phones, i can say i have liked my HTC better. thats just personal preference i guess

I honestly didn't even read the whole post but hands down HTC is a MUCH better company then Samsung. Thats my short answer..hope it helps!

I have found the samsung phones to be more durable. Despite how they feel, they seem to be harder to damage if you drop them and such. My samsung phones have been much tougher than HTC phones, and the screens are usually nicer/harder to scratch. Thats just from my experience.

Bear in mind the HTC keyboard has some nice features that aren't on Samsung's (i.e. long-press on every key for alt character, arrow keys).
