I've recently "upgraded" Kies to 2.0.1.11053_99. It used to work OK but now communication fails between the phone and Kies when in Kies mode.
Kies recognises the phone and lists it under "Connected Devices" but if I try and backup my data (after a long wait) it comes up with an error message which just says an error has occurred and to try again. Well I've tried lots of times and it always fails in the same way.
Things work OK when is mass storage mode.
Any ideas?
