Don't take this the wrong way, because I like all three of the Transformers movies, but the stories between them seem like they conflict with one another.
In the first movie, the "Cube" apparently lands on Earth early on in it's history. When Megatron discovers where it is, he crash lands and gets stuck in the ice in Antartica. Who knows how long he is there before Archibald Whitwiki finds him in the early 1900's when they are sailing through the frozen continent.

In the third movie, it talks about how Megatron and that new guy form an alliance and are leaving together to take advantage of that machine (I forget the architects name or whatever you want to call him). His spaceship is attacked and crash lands on the moon in the 50's, then in 69 humans are finally able to land on the moon to see what was that crashed.
First of all, if Megatron found the Cube, which would win the war, why would he need to make an alliance with the other guy? Second, the timing of the whole thing just seems to be off (way off). Thirdly, where does The Fallen come to play in all of this? It seems like he was "wounded" or something in the BC times of Earths history when the other Primes hid the Matrix of Leadership...[/spoiler]
It seems like there are some major flaws.
