Should I just buy a micro SD from ebay?

Ok its obvious that most sellers on ebay usually sell fake ones that never reach the class they say. I just want a class 10 micro SD. For better or worse here in Greece I can't find something better than a class 6 on big shops. There is like a tiny "hole" shop close-by that sell class 10 ones but.. just seeing that stop I feel buying those 3 buck 32 gb mSD class 10 will be safer.

Does anybody know any good online shop that posts to Europe that I could buy a card rom or I should just go for ebay?

Well I took a peek. From the reviews I read on amazon for the sellers that ship outside UK I do not think buyign from them will ahve much difference than buying from ebay sadly..

But you have Amazon backing you up. Also if you buy a lot if stuff online, you might consider joining Amazon Prime. Buying anything that is Prime Authorized is protected.

Another was is look for any sales that are "Amazon Fullfilled". Instant Amazon return and guarantee.

^^ as above.

Ensure they have been trading for over 1 year, ensure they have sold loads of SD Cards, (over 100) leave them a message to ask if you can get a refund if you find it is faulty. If it is a genuine card - they will ofc refund you, if it is fake - they will argue and say "no returns", stay away from them sellers.

Get yourself covered, then buy with confidence.

on eBay last 2 x 32gb I got on ebay have been dodgy. Check seller feedback.

Well I had bought twice and both times I was conned as the actual memory space was much lesser than advertised :(

Feedbacks may not worked as I read good feedbacks from more than 10 buyers before I bought mine and realized most of them did not go beyond simple formatting on their PC/laptops as it will still show 16Gb but in reality only 2 gb, and you only find out when you try to save a bigger file than 2 gb inside the card :(

In the end I just went to the electronics mall and got myself a bona-fide branded 16GB and at only a few dollars more but a whole loadfull of safety included :p

Thanks & cheers...........GS

It's true that many selllers delivery fake products rather than genuine ones to their customer on ebay, esp. in the field of storage. I also have some bad experiences. Now, if I really want to pick some gadgets online, I would like to take a look at caparison sites. If a seller list products on eBay and also has a rank on a comparison site, the seller would be more honest in business. But there are also exceptions. So, what you can do is to do a good homework before you pull your trigger.
