Say my contract is ending next week....

I have a couple questions:

1. I can renew this contract (which is a family plan) and keep unlimited data right?

2. If I do this, will I be able to get a new phone for discounted price?

3. If I can get discounted price, and I decide I don't like any of the new phones, can i hold off or will i lose discount?

Anyone have a situation like that?

1) You should be able to keep your unlimited data plan whether you renew your contract now or wait until later. The plan is yours until you change plans...not by renewing.

2) You should be elegible for an upgrade on at least one phone if your previous contract is expiring. You should create an online account with VZW and you can see details about your account including your upgrade status on every line you have. If you select a new device now and renew your contract you should get the device at a discount.

3) You should not lose the discount if you wait.
