The Camera on the Droid 3 is absolutely awful. When taking pictures with flash, there is an insane blue tint on the pictures. This also happens when using another dedicated camera app, such as Camera 360. How are you people dealing with it??

Perhaps the better wording for the OP would be the stock app settings for the camera sucks.
Same difference though.
Still, do not see the point in a phone camera besides impulse pics, since no optical zoom. Folks that use a digital zoom for pics respectfully should not be picky about any camera, since digital zoom and "quality" are absolute opposites.

Well, yeah, the point of a camera phone IS impulse pictures. Which I'd say is most of the pictures taken normally, since most people don't pack their nice camera with them everywhere they go. So people have come to expect a certain "quality" from their impulse pics.
I use the camera on my phone often for work. For what I do high quality is not that important. But the Blackberry my work assigned me was still far too low quality for my low demands.

I think it's a Motorola thing with Camera quality :/ The Droid 3 is not the only Moto device that takes bad picture. The camera on the Atrix is mediocre compared to the ones on HTC and SE.
