Hello, this is my first time posting anything on the internet to any person out there, so please do not yell at me 
I am looking to buy a smartphone from Virgin Mobile, what i believe to be the cheapest cellular phone service. just last month their plans were as cheap as 25 dollars, now, however, they have risen about 10 dollars. in fear of another price increase i am considering getting a really crappy phone from them to at least get the price they offer now and to wait a little longer for a smartphone. originally i aimed to get the motorola triumph but a buddy had got it and he said bugs and crappy battery life made the phone undesirable. all i want is a decent smartphone that has the all in one capability of a phone camera and mp3. the specs for the triumph were just fine, but to avoid bugs, how long should i wait after a phone has come out, and will the phones always just get better and better making the predecessor unwanted? anyway, since virgin mobile is already behind the pack with smartphones, would waiting for a smartphone from virgin to be de-bugged put me WAY far behind smartphone users?
