Recent App Widget - seen it before, can't find it!

Had it installed at one point in life, but can't find it on Appbrain or in the Market anymore.

Memory serving, it was a widget with size choices (I seem to remember using a 4x1) that would simply show the last 4 apps you used.

I've found Live Shortcuts, but not quiiite what I'm looking for.

Anyone happen to know the name of the Widget I'm looking for?

I haven't seen that, but you get 8 recently used apps if you hold the home button.

Found something close: Switcher Widget (Switcher Widget - Android app on AppBrain), but this one doesn't show apps that aren't still running in the background. I'd like to see them all, regardless of still running or not.

I'm not sure of any apps that sit on your home screen that serve that function (despite some searching on my part), but there are alternatives to that widget if you want: Swipepad: https://market.android.com/details?id=mobi.conduction.swipepad.android&feature=search_result
Wavelauncher:https://market.android.com/details?id=com.mobilemerit.wavelauncher&feature=search_result

I like Swipepad over WaveLauncher for a few reasons (free, you can purchase plugins to enhance the functionality, consumes less RAM), but you can use those as one-touch launchers for your frequently used stuff.
