Metro adding Rhapsody to the all you can Eat plans

i have the $60 plan but its not included. little confused with their wording here but thanks for the post.

It's one of those add on features, like the metroguard, if you want it you need to pay the extra amount of money monthly on top of what you are already paying for your current plan.

I think it's and add on feature only available for the $60 plan but like I said not included on the price of the plan.

Endgadget and phandroid say the service will be included in the $60 rate plan at no additional charge. Did they get their facts wrong?

Apparently they did. I called Metro this morning after I saw the first posting and they told me that I was going to be charged an extra $10 a month to have that feature added to my plan. I have the $60 plan which is suppose to be unlimited everything.

If I'm wrong please let me know (I will very happy to be wrong) so I can add this feature without any extra out of pocket to metro.

if you have an adroid on the $60 plan it come with the rhapsody
i have it on my phone.. i just put it on my phone.. (i work for metro)

I've installed the software, but when I open it tells me to call Metro or to go to the Local Store. And when I log in to my account in the Metro PCS website it shows as an add on feature with the $10 right next to it.

Were you able to use it?

Where did you get the username and password from?

I just spoke to metropcs rep via live chat and they did just ad the rhapsody to my account for the same 60 a month I am paying, I asked about how come it says it is ten dollars more when i already have the 60 dollar plan and the press release says it is now part of the 60 lte 4g plan. and they said they can fix that and changed my account to allow me the rhapsody access for no additional cost. I may have lost video on demand but i dont even have that app on my phone anymore.

Yes I just did the same, the rep told me that she needed to switch me to the $60 rhapsody plan. It's the same as the other plan but with the Rhapsody included instead of being an add on feature.

I think this new plan does not include the metrostudio (which I did not use anyway)

For those of you that already installed the Rhapsody app and plan would you say it's worth it for those of use who are thinking about getting it?

I used to be on the 60 dollar plan, but I never used the Metro studio so I switched back to the 50 dollar plan. Music is definitely something I would use though. So any input would be appreciated!

Free music I don't see a down side to it. I never used metro studio haven't even had it on my phone since maybe 3 weeks after I bought it. I never changed my data plan size because I never wanted to have to worry about how much data I was using. I use my phone for everything and more then I used to use my laptop. So for me you wanna give me free music too sign me up.

Nice!! I'm currently on the $50 plan and that unlimited music is so enticing I'm on the verge of paying the extra $10!
I have the 60 dollar rhapsody plan. totally not worth upgrading your plan for. Rhapsody has only a handful of songs from each artist(not all). and any song u download, u can only play it when using the rhapsody software. you cant rip the songs to your pc or anything like that. Only upgrade your plan if you want to get rid of the data cap and go unlimted.

I have to contest this line I found every song or album that I have searched for so far I have even some underground bands I have found full albums for. I mean I guess they cant have every song know to man on there but I have yet to not find a song i was looking for.

Yea, the same thing happened to me. I call metro and they told me that they were just billing me in advance. So i just payed 60 and i was good 2 go!!
Thanks. I will probably just go to the store since it is on the same road as my house and not a big inconvenience. I will have to look at Metro Studio before I change my plan though. Never actually seen if it does anything I could use...
