Help Can't make a phone call everything else works ?

Trying to figure out just what the heck I did to my phone. Actually typing this post on the affected phone. All of a sudden I can surf the web fine but.....every time I try to make a call nothing happens forever until a box pops up and says "call origination attempt fails due to a signal loss"

Anyone have any idea wtf ?
