Help Can I use another SIM CARD??

Verizon uses CDMA not GSM so there is no SIM card to swap out. It might be possible to use the Xoom on a different CDMA network, but finding one of those in Venezuela might be difficult.

It would probably be better to get a cell phone with a data plan on your GSM provider's network and then share the data connection with the Xoom using bluetooth or WIFI.

The XOOM wifi doesn't connect to a phone service, so it doesn't matter whether you have Verizon or everyone else... or what kind of SIM you stick in there, it just won't work on a carrier's service. Only wifi... that's why they call it "wifi only".
