Root kyocera echo sdk???? will this help unbrick?

I am not a total noob when it comes to androids,.....however I am stuck here with a bricked echo, sprint says I'm screwed cuz I don't have service with them and I bought it online, for those who didn't know the recent update totally bricked 95% of these they did, plus the info on the sprint site about the upgrade had three spelling flaws and 2 of the added features were incorrect, sprint pulled the update....fixed the spelling errors and edited out the two options,........so they realized the update was bad...realized the update description was incorrect and re-released the update....but I'm stuck in the water cuz sprint's dumbass.

however they have a sdk for the kyocera echo, and inside of it I noticed it adds the echo to the adb devices list and also in the sdk there are three things I'm hoping will make my brick a phone: ramdisk, system, userdata....is this what I need? how would I use this? please help, I'm pucked with a capital F.

Hmm if it's bricked... it's probably screwed. You can TRY the SDK via SD card, but no promises.

Glad they fixed the update before I got this phone today from Sprint. Downloaded and installed the update fast and no errors. :)

BTW I got this phone for free for a new contract... worth it completely. Nothing but good words about this device.
