I just rooted my D2 with the Super One Click program and then I installed the Droid 2 Bootstrap. I wiped and then installed the Liberty ROM and it's been stuck on the yellow fist for 15 minutes now..

Was it the gingerbread version? That will mess it up. You might need to flash sbf to stock. Use RSd light

I guess it was... And how do I do that? The only version I saw of it I needed to be able to access the phone.. Which I cannot do since I can't get passed the load screen

Can you get into recovery? If not, then your best bet is to sbf back to stock. There are many threads that explain it. Its not hard but you can use windows or linux.

You can SBF using the following link. Also, you don't need Windows. There are Linux instructions, but I've never used Linux, therefore I'm not comfortable posting instructions.

I went to that link and did exactly what was said but the RSD lite can't find my device when I plug it in

My bad, I missed a step in my post. Hold the "Up" arrow while powering the phone on to put it in bootloader mode.

At this point, you should try reinstall the drivers. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what else I could suggest, aside from trying on another PC.

Are you on vista or 7? Cause then the pc needs to be in admin and compatibility mode to work properly

So I somehow plugged my phone into the wall charger and the recovery screen came up so I was able to load 2.3 and now my phone is working fine. Awesome. Thanks for the help everyone
