Nice little app. It turns off all the internet without disabling it in the system. I would just disable system syncing and background data but that gets tedious. this widgets just shuts off internet completely and saves times. This is a lot quicker then the LTE toggles. I'm just wondering if this effects mms.

Just how you said "shuts off internet completely" it really does, which means that if you receive an mms it won't download unless you turn APN back on, but you will still see the mms in your messages when APN is on.

dude all it does for me is disable 4g. i can have 1x internet when apn on off is on red. is anyone else getting this?

I wish we had an app that would do that!

That said, I just tried this app out and it.. doesn't do ANYTHING. I've tried rebooting but pressing it merely changes the light color and doesn't impact my internet connection at all, like most apps out there.

Are you sure this works on the Indulge?

Let it sit for some time when you hit the widget making it turn Red. And than it should just be working fine.

For me it works fine and yes i have a MetroPCS Indulge. I dont know why its not working for you...
Ill see how i can help, but let it sit for a while after you hit it making it turn red.

I downloaded this app and tried it sure enough it turned off everything but say I want to turn it on I wait till it shows green and wait a while or what. Does it turn the 4g back on or what do I have to do so I can use the browser.

Remember Our Indulge doesnt come with a 4g on and off switch so yeah this might make the indulge take a while to bring 4g back on.

1. Simply make a call to whoever or of whatever (I call my voicemail) and than let it be on the call for 15sec. and hang up, than wait a while and it should bring the 4g back on.

2. You can also try putting it on Airplane mode for a couple of seconds and than turn airplane mode back off.

3. Reboot (I rather just make a 15sec. call)

Hope it helps!

Theres also an app called "signal refresh" that helps alot also.

1. I first turn on the apn on/off after its been off for a while.
2. Then i open the app "signal refresh". (Which refreshes signal by turning on/off airplane mode)
3. Then i wait like 2 secs for 1x/3g to show up nd open LTE functionality test (LTE TEST)... nd hit the turn on settings.
4. 3 or 4 secs later... 4g is back on.

Hope this helps!

If I use this app and turn APN off, can I still get emails automatically? Cause if not then this is useless to me.

It eventually turns your data off, but what i do for me to get emails notification is.

I toggle the APN button on (Red Color) than i make a call to voicemail for 5sec. than i hang up and it leaves the phone on 1x/3g and not with 4g eating your battery with APN on (Red Color)

APN is use to turn YOUR DATA OFF! NOT 4G.!
