Help Samsung Transform stuck on samsung logo screen...

First post over here.

I got this phone a couple of months ago and it has recently started to give me problems. As of right now, I am unable to start my phone as it boots up, but will not go past the samsung logo. The logo will do it usual glow, but then it will revert to a black screen and will go back to the logo screen.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm not sure on what I should do.

EDIT:
I'm not on a rooted version.
Could this be caused by LauncherPro?

Update:

I chatted with Sprint about this issue and they were able to fix it. They made me take out the battery and put it back in and it turned on fine. I'm not sure what I did wrong, since I tried that before I started the chat.

You're a lucky one. Normally Sprint's customer service (any customer service rep, actually) can never help me.

i had a similar problem. I looked it up in another forum (sorry for being unfaithfful) and apperently it had to do with some watchdog timer reseting the phone because it is so goddam slow it thinks it is unresponsive. anyway,

short term fix: power phone off and restart with it on charge. when the after it goes through the regular cycle and gets to the black screen keep tapping the home button till you get an unlock screen. UNLOCK IMMEDIATLY. wait for your launcher of choice to load.

Long term fix: once it is up and runniing: make sure that you always have more than 10% of your internal ROM free. apparently that has something to do with the phone timing out. At least it helped me

I have the same problem..and every time this happens i have to KEEP taking out my battery. :mad:
