Root After Rooting Samsung Transform Using SWUpdater

Okay so I realized I'm not going to get my answer by just sitting around lurking.
For those of you who've read my post you can tell that this in't really my neighborhood, I own a Huawei Ascend, the only reason I'm here i to successfully ROOT and FLASH a ROM onto my moms cellphone.

Unfortunately doing this on a Samsung Transform is confusing and quite the hassle mostly due to the lack of organization in this section. I'll admit I"m a complete noob at all of this but I think I've learned pretty fast considering how I'm already compiling my own animations, boot screens, boot audio, ect. ect. for my Ascend. I cannot find specific details on the following;

>After rooting with SWUpdater (Vamp.tar)//(Puma v6 Kernel) there is no sign of the SuperUser App anywhere.

>It mentions that Vamp.tar is an alternate for ClockWorkMod yet no App showed up on my menu for managing ROMs. the only evidence of change is when I go and look at phone info and it states Puma v6 a my KERNEL

>There is an immense amount of vague information about flashing ROMs and KERNELs and how-to's specifying merely nothing in relation to the methods of rooting and its vagueness....

>I am stunned at the fact that I'm incapable of reading without having to post just to find a simple answer that could've been easily answered.

**note not only is it the site administration but the people asking repetitive and non-specific questions generalizing as if they were the only people who have android phones. WE ARE NOT WIZARDS BE SPECIFIC AND DETAILED.

I recommend the following;

-Better organization
--------------------------that is all.

Gentlemen and Gentleladies,
I'd be more than happy to help keep users updated with the latest who-ha and what-not's and even keep it organized if you could just help us help yourselves.

&&please help me with my problem ^_^

1. Vampirefo decided to leave it to us to install the latest SU application so that the binary is always up to date and root would work better.

2. Our ClockworkMod is an unofficial port and we are not supported by the ClockworkMod app for switching ROMs. If you want the download to that unofficial port just ask me or check out SDX Devs.

3. Um... All I can say is be glad people like me and Cooper took the time to make our guides. Otherwise you truly would be totally lost. I made a guide to how to apply Custom Recovery, get Root, and flash a kernel in very lament terms. I'm not sure why you're saying it's vague... I've helped many first time rooters get all of this and become good at it.

4. All of these questions have been answered many times over. These are forums with sticky guides, and random questions. There truly is supposed to be no order, but the search button is always there to answer your inquiries.

I'm not an admin, and I cannot make changes to these forums, nor is there a need because we have all our guides at the top of our subforums for all issues one may have.
See my post count? All of those posts minus about 15 have been dedicated SOLELY to these forums. I have devoted a large portion of time ever since this phone was released to the public to help these people who have questions... So please understand something. I have done and much help on these forums as I can, and development in slowly dying down on this poor device.. But please. Don't insult the work me and many other people have devoted on here, because you weren't here to help. All the guides are laid out for you and I've always been a PM away for any and all questions. Your included as well in that. If you need help, PM me, but please don't insult this community.

Thank you.

i actually managed to find a stray thread deep in the forums outlining what ROMS, MODS, and KERNELS are and how they correspond to one another.
i also figured out that certain KERNELS cant be flashed over by certain ROMS and ect ect.

don't worry though whenever i have any questions i'll ask you personally instead of ranting on the forums.

Haha, I thought about outlining those things in my guide, but decided not to. Going to be honest and say that your post kind of started to infuriate me. Our phones aren't very popular, and they're dying slowly. We aren't supported by many people, so we have a small community. All of my posts were also to the people in the Transform subforum, to help people learn and grow.
I'm always happy to answer questions!

That's the reason I got upset as well, Just got to keep it professional even if you don't feel like it. :) And like I said before, all is forgiven. :cool:
