Possible to get $200 subsidized price if only been with Sprint for 1yr?

I switched to Sprint last year to get the Epic 4G, so I've only been with Sprint for 1 year. I have 2 Epic 4Gs on the Everything Data Family 1500 shared plan. If I want to upgrade to the Epic 4G Touch via sprint.com, my cost would be $425/phone w/ 2yr re-up.

I was trying to see if it would be possible to upgrade each phone for the $200/phone w/ 2yr re-up fully subsidized price. Is this possible? I noticed it looks like bestbuy.com has them at this price, even for current subscribers, but I'm not sure if I would still get that price if I complete the order with them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you are silver premier you may be able to talk your way into this. I walked in to buy the Evo View tablet in June and was just gonna get it on a new contract, however they grandfathered me into the old Silver Premier plan which let the primary handset get upgraded yearly. Tell them you chose Sprint for that reason and you were expecting to be able to upgrade after a year.

Good luck!

They were allowing the early upgrades as a promo to those that should have been eligible before the Premier Plan changed into two tiers. I was told by several Senior Account Specialist that this was a promo and that ship has sailed. I managed to get a $80 "Good Will" credit but no luck getting the early upgrade. I decided not to use my $75 discount and purchased the phone out right so I didn't have to sign a new contract.

You could also call Sprint and sometimes you can get a nice employee to give you a credit on your account. A few months ago they asked me if was going to continue to stay with sprint and upgrade in a few months when I hit my full upgrade, I said yes, and they gave me a $75 bill credit just for saying I would. They are usually pretty good, if they don't, then just keep calling back, i'm sure in a few tries you can get someone to give you a $50 to $100 credit.

Yes, you absolutely can. There was a thread on slickdeals about this...basically, call Sprint and ask how you can possibly get this phone for $200...they will probably deny you at first, but stick with it. If the first person wont do it, call again the next day...youll eventually get to someone who will reset your eligibility. I did this myself, originally to get the EVO 3D, but decided to wait for this phone instead....was able to get it from Wirefly for $100 ($150-50 BOA Add it Up cashback). Not bad considering my Evo 4G will sell for more than that :)
