the mobile guard application is a blessing
open the mobile guard application
click optimize it will close open unused applications
further
click in utilities
click task manager
click filter
click show all apps
and u may select google maps
voice search netquin antivirus etc
and save lot of battery
u can click network manger in the ulities manu
and
close running apps which may connect to network also
that also free more ram and speed up ur mobile
and afcourse save lot of battery
and i have personally seen that the standby time
has increased a lot say 3points a whole night (3persent decrease from last point)
earlier it was 15points or more
so try this and enjoy more battery backup in ur a70

It will also close Opera While download is active if you switch to other app.. Carefull !!

hmm...switching off wifi when not needed, setting optimal brightness levels (when it is dark, set to low brightness) ...etc will also help

I was having same problem.

Turn off gps, auto sync. Keep minimal icons on the desktop especially avoid icons for apps installed on sd card.

Follow suggestions by others.. kill unwanted tasks. Keep low brightness etc.

I get now an hour of talk time with 10/15% battery.

Somewhere I read that the Dialer app hogs a lot of cpu un-necessarily... and it results in loss of battery charge....he also recommended use of an app called "fast reboot" to solve the problem....i have not tested it yet

A70 battery improvement & optimization tips...
1>always keep ur mobile switch off during charging
2>use fast reboot app...when u start ur mobile u will see android os has opened lots of unnecessary apps,they kill ur ram & battery,even mobile guard app cant kill all this apps...so use fast reboot app..really a light app & very useful..really saves a lot of ram & battery...i use both fast reboot app & mobile guard app widget..this 2 app helps a lot...u can also go to settings>application>running app & there force stop map,market,netquin antivirus(when u r using them)...they waste ur battery & ram...always before switching ur screen off use fast reboot app...it take only 1sec to optimize ur mobile...
3>use Zeam launcher(highly recommended)...i hav tried many launchers starting from default lancher to launcher pro,golauncher ect..but i hv found Zeam launcher is very good...very light launcher...really saves a lot of ram & battery...my standby battery life has improved a lot afer using zeam launcher...
if u follow above mention 3 points u will see better battery life & more ram will be available...

guys do this
just let your mobile finish all his battery untille its. swithes off on its own put the battery out
and put it bck in and charge it continuesly for altleast 8 hours and then see the magic
battery back up wouldve increased almost. 50%
and yeah task killer do consume battery
i use task panel it doesn't run backaround unless summoned

hi manish...charging ur mobile for 8hours is almost 4times than normal charging time is not a good idea...normally my mobile takes 2.30hr to full recharge...if u continuously overcharge ur battery then ur battery will get damage & ur battery will have low life..

plz dont ovecharge ur mobile for that much time...15-30mins is acceptable but 5hrs overcharging is not good for ur batter life!!!

for better battery life i hav given a battery saving tips...if u use that it will improve ur battery life without damaging ur battery!!!

one more tip there @manish9009

regularly check the applications list and
force close 1.android booster
email
mundu tv
antivirus etc
i have seen when ever u turn on wifi or 3g switch in the control panel
the applications mundu tv and antivirus starts by its own
so if u regularly check this in phone u can save battery almost 50%
and u can use ur phone for two days

am proud to say i could really watch two movies in a70 and still enough battery left in it how does that sounds..

best option guys use fast reboot and autorun manager to disble auto start of apps like maps n etc...when presently not in use trust tryout best option fr battery save n evn performance gets enhanced
