I think it may be a typo but who knows. I mean since it would be the first phone with that type of screen resolution not sure how it will be. I just hope this holds true and the screen doesn't look bad and half decent battery life. If so it def will be my next phone.

Droid-Life is questioning the WVGA display being only 800x480 and the HD (1280x720). I think it's the Sony Super LCD, which has been used in their most recent phones, like the Sensation.

Likely a typo by a marketing employee who knows very little about specs and tech-y stuff. Likely the Sony SLCD in recent phones with more pixels.

The screen size looks perfect- just confused over the posted specs. Obviously it can't be both a native 800x480 and 1280x720. Maybe it only uses native resolution when viewing an HD source?

Or, maybe just a type-o like jikhead said.

Either way, this phone will be an absolute beast.

Radioshack! I remember reading about they are trying to be more relevant, I guess it's working.

It's just too bad that the last 9/10 times I've been there for genuine electronics stuff they haven't had it. "Molex connectors??"

The nice thing is that usually radioshack has the phones for about 100 less than in carriers stores which is nice since these phones are pushing 300 dollars on contract it is always nice when you can go into a store and play with one then get it and save $$. Glad radioshack picked up verizon to start selling their phones.

The so called source said he had hands on with the vigor and it was the better of the two devices. Hopefully this is true since I was looking to get the vigor anyway over waiting for the prime or whatever it will be called.

Off topic but why do they keep merging every new thread into this? It made it so much easier before now you have to look through 50 different threads because the mod keeps moving threads. Please leave the threads alone mod idk why you are merge happy all the sudden.

We do not need a new thread for EVERY new rumor/tidbit of info on vigor. Either I close every new thread that is started or I start merging them to this one (when it applies). I stated my interntion in the first post of this thread btw

In the future if you have a complaint/suggestion/feedback please PM me or any other mod so we dont clutter up this thread

The thing is though they were all different threads that he merged so now instead of reading through the one thread I have to read through 10 other threads first.
