why would they give you a new phone becasue of a fixable software issue?
if its still broken when you get it,im sure a patch will follow soon after.
for those of you that want to stay on froyo,or revert back to froyo after the OTA, if you want to stay on a stock rom youll need to rename a file in system/etc/security in order to avoid the OTA taking you right back
