First Disappointments with phone

I bought the ET4G last night and I am already a little disappointed. Here's why:

*No FM Radio
*No Music Widget
*Passwords on browser don't show "preview" of letter pressed
*Can't have Full Brightness for too long because it overheats
*Calendar doesn't scroll on widget to show past or future months
***Can't change the lower 4 icons on the screen. They can ONLY be Phone, Contacts, Messaging, Applications
*No option between Vibrate and Silent, like in Hero.

Like I said, I just bought it so I will be posting anything else I can find that I don't like about it. I come from a Hero, so it's definitely a better phone, but because of all the hype I read even before the phone was released, my expectations were very high, I was a little disappointed.

Well.... a couple of these can be resolved by finding an app in the market that will do what you want.

My browser always shows a "preview" of letters entered in password fields.

And yes.... actually you can change the four icons at the bottom of the screen.... it has been discussed here..... search it.

Try Tune-In from the market, far better than any radio tuner as long as your 3g service is working.

I don't like that the calendar widget doesn't scroll either, anyone know of one from the market that does? And I mean scroll on the home page.

You can most certainly change the four bottom icons, open the apps and select menu edit, then long press what you want at the bottom and drag and drop it to the item you want to replace. It's easy, you couldn't have tried.

Pretty limited list. I have a widget for vibrate and silent I think I got from my beautiful widgets. I don't keep my brightness all the way up for obvious reasons. I use "3" for playing my music but you can use tunein which is free for radio which has AM\FM stations.

This phone is a beast. I came from a EVO3D and S2 trumps it in almost every category.

No FM- Enh
No Music Widget - Download google music or any preferable music app and tada
Full Brightness - I have had no issues with overheating
Calendar doesn't scroll - Download Pure Grid Calendar Widget

Can't change the bottom 4 icons?? - YES YOU CAN. Click on the application button at the bottom, click menu, then Edit, press and hold on the icon you want on the bottom row and move it to the spot you want. tada. The only one you can't change at the bottom is the application button, cuz you kinda need that to get to your apps.

yeah your points arent valid because u either are completely new to android or you dont know how to search. either way its always better to search and find out stuff before you make a new post about stuff that really arent issues with the phone, more of personal preferences.

A little harshly put, but truth nonetheless.

All of the 'problems' OP listed are fixable through a little personalization and searching.
