I think he's talking about the Prime not being expected to get releaseed until November or December. I haven't seen or heard of any release date leaks suggesting that the Vigor will release that late in the year. As I said above, I'm concerned for other reasons now.

no def not messing with you guys. QA has it for testing, the back is like a rubbery feel to it, the lines that are diagonal are like the egrips so the phone doesnt slide against the smooth table. screen is absolutely gorgeous, blacks are really black, faster 4g than my bolt and equal to my bionic. The tv-out port fits perfectly with my incredible tv out cable. im not sure since it was a pre-production model that it would have had the tv out option, It did NOT have it in the display settings, I was in a hurry. The app list is paginated like the incedible 2. 4 icons at a time. had the sense 3.5, super fast flying through screens. internal memory was 2gb nothing to wow anybody. did not have any acc with it (beats headphones) post production will have either buds or ear covered beats. qa did not get any accessories with the unit. Any other questions i may be able to answer but she had no idea on release info or anything, if qa has it in testing it, it isn't that far out from release. sorry for slow response, i didn't click the checked box (instant email notification)

the answer to that is Hell yes. Its a smidge longer than the thunderbolt, but 2mm narrower, thickness is about the same.

1. Can you compare the contrast on the Vigor screen to the Incredible 2? How about the screen in general to your Bionic?

2. Any word on the final name for this phone (Vigor/Resound/IncHD)?

3 Any word on battery life (I know you don't get a lot of time with it, but any feedback from the qa testers that you can share?

4. I know you don't have specific release info (and probably would piss some people off if you did and shared it), but do yo have any idea how far along into the qa process the Vigor is? Any insight as to whether or not a release in October is still a possibility given how far into the qa process the phone is?

3: Just the tv-out functionality,built in task manager, (like sense roms currently rooted.) not much on what has been rumored.

4: not sure yet, only time will tell, the rep had no mention on battery life.

The bionic screen up close is very grid like, the vigor had none of that. the screen compared to incredible 2 was close to the same just seeming better resolution.

Inside the phone said 6425, so unfortunately no, When the rep had the rhyme, the name inside stated Bliss, so who knows on the name at this time.

Negative on this, the rep didnt have 4g on at the time so not sure.

well in the past when qa had device it was less than a month away from release, IE the bliss which turned to the rhyme, rep had that for about 3 weeks then it released. So hopefully soon, since it will probably want to compete with the iphone 4s.

It fit perfectly into the port, but either my cord is bad, but i didnt see any options in display settings, so pre-production model issues? not sure.

I would expect it to, maybe it will be a hdmi cable instead of the basic red yellow white. (better be cause the quality blew chunks on my incredible)

)- you seemed impressed with the speed/fluidity when changing screens- in general, how would you compare the speed/fluidity of general device navigation / apps opening or closing to that of the Bionic? Did you notice any legginess or glitches when navigating or opening apps?

for example on the rhyme when i went to spin the screens it lagged when i spun it for the third time. Non existent with this model. I loaded like 10 apps with no hickups even with nfl mobile it was instant. the dual core is friggin awesome. Ask away any question that i can answer i will.

I think he's talking about the Prime not being expected to get releaseed until November or December. I haven't seen or heard of any release date leaks suggesting that the Vigor will release that late in the year. As I said above, I'm concerned for other reasons now.

Droid-life got a tip saying late oct or first week in nov for prime

You can say that again!! This was my only real concern about this phone since the latest rumors have this launching without Droid branding.
