Wanted to let you guys in on an ongoing experience with SGP store. I tried to order a screen protector through them... went through the process of purchasing the protector, purchased the item.... a message popped up saying that the order had not gone through because my address was different than on the billing address of my cc.
Well, maybe I made a mistake. Tried it again typing really slow... again purchased the protector... again the message... cc denied because of wrong address.
Gave up. Called my cc company the next day, verified all my information and tried the sgpstore again. Same thing.
Well, the company charged my cc a total of 4 times for 19 and change each time. I've sent them 5 emails with no reply.... i searched and found a number for the company... got ahold of a young lady who said, "Oh don't worry about it... there have been alot of cc scams lately and this is how our sytem goes about this stuff. Don't worry, in 3 days your cc will be credited back." That was 9 business days ago.
Beware of this company and it's bad reputation.
