Root Is My Phone Rooted?

So I rooted my phone last night. My system says I have gingerbread on it and it looks that way. Some rooted apps work on it.

But when I use BusyBox, Titanium or Superuser, it says root access is not allowed. When I tried to use Wireless Tether, it asked if my phone was rooted.

When I rooted my phone, I installed the drivers, then downloaded Odin and flashed it that way.

Everything worked on the installation but now I'm running into these issues. Any idea what I may have done wrong?

I have never done an ODIN flash of a ROM that was pre-rooted, so I really don't know what could have messed up. Which rooted apps are working?

You could try re-flashing the ROM again, or else you could try a One-Click Root method for GB.

The screenshot app worked.

What is the One-Click Root method? Can I just write over what I flashed?
