for some reason when my phone goes to sleep the signal breaks and I get a no signal on my Triumph, it does it every couple of hours. I have to restart airplane mode to get a signal. has anyone else have that problem

+1 me too, i'm having that problem as well and i've been using airplane mode to fix it. try connection checker on the market it has been saving me a bunch of hassle with this.

Doesn't work.

Ah, unfortunate. Hope a fix can be found. I remember devs thought they wouldn't be able to fix it for the Evo but eventually it was fixed.

They also use an app called HDMwIn to get it working. Can you try using that app and seeing if it works? Miui is based off of CM7 and CM has the code written in to it to use the app. Found this on another site: "You forgot to mention the better, FREE alternative called HDMwIn, from the same folks who brought WiMAX to non-Sense ROMs (TeamWIN). The biggest difference (besides being free) is that HDMwIn requires a special kernel which the app can install for you. CyanogenMod 7 already has/will have the HDMI code merged into its included kernel."

Isaac check your donations.

Wow, man! Much appreciated. :)

New build *should* be coming today. I finally have a free day. I'm currently working on a kernel with some new governors to play with.

As per request of some users, I will update this thread (http://androidforums.com/triumph-al...ild-cyanogenmod7-source-development-area.html) with detailed instructions on building an OC kernel. That will go up today as well. The OC kernel should work with either MIUI or CM7. So, if you're feeling adventurous, keep an eye on that thread if you're wanting to try it.

Excited. This ROM is awesome to use and it's interfaces are great, I too wish to daily this ROM (as I have for the past 28 hours).
I'm just waiting patiently for a MMS fix, so I can stop getting these 9999999999 messages filled with garbage.

I get that annoying crap too. I've been trying to get the MMS code implemented in CM7 into MIUI, but it's a crapshoot since I don't have the source. I'm hoping one of these tries I'll get it, but for now we're SOL.

On a brighter note, MIUI 1.10.7 has been released and I'm currently bumping us up to it.

Tried the app. Doesn't recognize cable.

Go to firewall on MIUI and click filters and add 999999999 to the blacklist and it will block all messages from that number.
U can also turn off all notifications so that u don't even see when it gets blocked. You'll forget all about it :)

Truthfully, no. http://miuiandroid.com/2011/10/miui-1-10-8-changelog/

I'm just an update fiend and I don't want the Triumph to be behind.

EDIT: I should mention that this latest update is done completely by me. I'm no longer relying on the X6/Mi-410 ports. I took the translated DHD ROM and ported that. (DHD-EN --> Triumph).

cool so should that equal more stability? Thanks again for all you do!

Yeah, it's basically a stability update (purely MIUI). The stable release is 2.3.5a, but I'm working off their dev builds. A new one is released every Friday based on user-feedback (that's why the versioning is 1.MM.DD). They work on the ROM and I just work on trying to get it working on our hardware/for our device.

I've found that 1.10.7 is smoother (after doing the Hi-Res off cycling trick), but it may just be my imagination. ;)

EDIT: The transition over to 1.10.7 went smoothly. I haven't found any regressions and so the new build today will be updated from 1.9.30 to 1.10.7.

EDIT2: There seems to be some discrepancy over what the version *should* be. I'll go with what MIUI has on their official site (1.10.7).

Happy MIUI-ing everyone.
