where did everyone go?

How can I turn off the snap sound in Cam360? I have the little sound setting thing in the top right turned off, but it still makes noise. I've had this for a while but never really needed it til the D3 camera app became so crappy. I've been using Cam360 for a while now, but never figured out the sound.

I hear you on this, this forum is really dead compared to the bionic forum, almost makes me want to get one for the more active community/dev support

I attribute it to the fact this phone is awesome and there's nothing to say unless something goes wrong? LOL.

Seriously though, for me, i'm now at my job long enough that i'm swamped so i hardly come on. The app on my phone doesnt ever push alerts, and i dont bother turning on my pc at home lol

camera 360 is faster, but MIUI camera is even faster! although I can't turn off the shutter sound in either.....

MIUI pictures dont look as good as camera360. you can clearly see compression in the MIUI pictures. plus, camera360 is just as fast and has more features for the autofocus, zoom, and quality of the over all image.

i forgot to mention that images come out less blurry with camera360. I've take pictures of cars moving at 45mph with minimal motion blur. I even took a few pics while wobbleing the phone around a bit. two pics came out crystal clear and the other 2 had a tiny bit of motionblur as well but were acceptable.

this is the best camera app i've ever used.

this is all coming from a guy who hates to use 3rd party apps/software because i prefer stock doing the work but this is one case where it just kicks stock in the groin.

I have to agree. I may just totally give up on the stock camera app after seeing Camera 360. In fact, it is so good, that dev is going to get a paid sale from me in appreciation.

what are your guys settings? I installed it and used it a few times but the issues I am having are not giving me the same reaction everyone else is having. When I take a picture, I get no review time of it. I think that is because i changed some setting for it to automatically save or something..
Another thing is after I take the picture and click on the gallery icon, none of my pictures show up there. So I have to go all the way back out and go to the regular phone gallery to view them.
Then when I try to go back to camera360, the screen (or 'viewfinder' whatever) is blank and I have to exit camera360 by pressing back untill im at the home screen to get it back.
These things happened about every time I used it... So what da fuk?

I tried it out for awhile and had a similar experience, especially with the blank screen.

the blank screen is a bug with the droid 3. the dev has fixed it on a few other new phones but the droid 3 is still -new- enough to still have some kinks.

but why do you need any stupid funky color scheme anyway?

also, who cares about viewing it afterwards. it snaps pictures wicked fast with good quality. if you find it too difficult to exit out of the camera app, navigate to the gallery, and then view your picture.... then you must be lazy. =/  It takes me a whole 3 extra seconds to do that.
