Well actually both my wife and I own one! We both just got very good deals from our ISP here in the UK, Virgin Media, and we are both loving the S2!
- A few questions
After updating to 2.3.4 in the early hours of this morning, I'm now eagerly awaiting 2.3.5. I'm not planning to root as I want my warranty but I did notice something "odd".
I got this on Virgin Mobile here in the UK and yet my model is the GT-I9100LKAXEU. Which, if I have researched correctly, means "the rest of Europe". Is this something to be concerned about as I noticed there are many other UK models - surely it should be a UK model? Wont this delay update rollouts? I also believe this means my phone came Factory Unlocked. Is this correct?
- Jumping back to Android
I've used an HTC Desire S before and I sold it because I just didn't like it. After researching long and hard I took the plunge again to Android and I must say - with the new Marketplace and Samsung's wrapper on the OS, I love it!
Many of the games that wasn't on the OS now is and I managed to convince my wife to get the S2 and not the new iPhone 4S and she is over the moon with it.
