Root [Font] Roboto Font on Triumph

So I set out to get the new ICS Roboto Font on my MT and have had success- I love it- it is very easy to read.

So the directions below worked for me on CM7 although I would imagine they would work just as well on stock or MIUI.

Download Font Changer from the market (note: you must be rooted to use it)
Download the attached .zip file with the fonts.
Unzip the contents into your sdcard/.fontchanger/ folder
Open up Font Changer and go to advanced
-Change Clockopia.ttf to sdcard/.fontchanger/Roboto-Regular.ttf (this is the font for the lockscreen clock)
-Change DroidSans-Bold.ttf to sdcard/.fontchanger/Roboto-Bold.ttf
-Change DroidSans.ttf to sdcard/.fontchanger/Roboto-Regulare.ttf
Reboot and enjoy.

I don't really see a difference in this from the stock font. Anyways what theme are u running on your phone?? Looks nice

Guide worked like a charm...don't know that I care too much for the change, BUT, I'm glad to know how o change the fonts...by the way, can someone about to do this save a copy of their original font files so we can revert? Thanks!

i just rip fonts out of other roms! LOL

A nice thing about using Font changer is that you can easily revert the fonts back- on the advanced tab just long press the font you want to restore and press restore.

no theme. just a rooted triumph with a nexus wallpaper, roboto font and some neat homescreen appz.

If using Miui can go to settings, theme, edit theme, font and then select Roboto from the plethora of options.
