I agree. Ive been doing some tests and my data is faster as well.

issue which has been noted and addressed). I am very happy as

open /system/etc/firmware/wlan/qcom_cfg.ini in the text editor
change gEnableSuspend=2 to gEnableSuspend=3

I do this directly on the phone using ES File Explorer (free on market) with the Root Explorer option enabled and the Mount File System option enabled in the Settings so that I can save my changes back to the phone.

And I suppose, if you wanted, you could change the file in the Zip file first before flashing the update.

You may need to reboot after making the change for it to really take effect...

Has anyone had the issue that the phone is not activated when this is installed? I don't have that problem with CM7, but I did with MIUI...what am I doing wrong?

i dont think it's the rom, i had the same issue on stock

i think i got it to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont get lockups anymore and the wifi stays on when screen is off!!

I assume because the MIUI 12 hour clock mod was meant for version 1.9.30 and it includes changes for the launcher2.apk.

When I did a compare between the launcher2.apk in the clock mod and the one in the 1.10.14 that is in the latest build, there were a ton of differences. So I can only assume that you'll need to wait for the modder to update the mod...

It's still faster than stock, but it's slower than the previous MIUI build.

Hi Everyone, I found something strange using usb tethering. I can only get to google sites (google.com/news, gmail, etc), everything else just connected and nothing shows up in browser. Is it just me?

I had to go into WiFi settings on stock, princely, CM7, and now this. It looks like a hardware problem (or a software problem that nobody can fix)

Yeah, I think it's just you. Have you tried wiping system and data and reflashing? That's all I can think of to do.

lovin this build of MIUI. finally got MiTalk and Genie Widget a.k.a News&Weather uninstalled off my phone for good since i never use them!!!! theming in MIUI is AMAZING, and the Decpticon lockscreen with SJ Honeycomb theme, and Asteria icons is friggin AWESOME!!!!

edit: i'm also running that ALTAPP Drawer i posted two pages ago and it seems to work really good and is kinda neat with all the functionality you actually get out of it because you can hide your home screen icons through the access control menu, and use the app drawer instead, so ultimately i find that this rom becomes like an insane version of cm7 with massive customiztion abilities imho, and with facebook, maps, market, messaging, 2 google services running, dsp manager, android keyboard, and my app drawer running i still have around 210 mb of Ram free. this is WICKED! Thank you SOOOO much Isaac!!!!

Is anybody else having any bluetooth problems? Mine are minor but i don't remember having them before, right now my car speakerphone will pair and connect but it won't auto connect afterward so I have to go thru the pairing process each time (like I said minor) this has been happening the last two versions at least. Just curious.

I have similar issue with my Motorola S9 stereo BT headset. could be miui issue.

Awesome update!

I'm getting 0.06 Mbps up and 0.08 down. Don't know why, anyone else getting the same speeds? I live in a pretty good area, even with Sprint 3G and 4G (obviously, the Triumph can't use that).

Having similar issues in my car as well. Unfortunately, you have to pair every time you turn the phone off. It gets a little annoying, but I can live with it.

MIUI ROM is great. Great Job Isaac!

I am too having the same issue with only google sites working with usb tether. Is there a setting I need to change for it to work?
Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind got it to work!

. I just set up Pdanet on my phone & computer and now it works.

Im loving it! The one issue have noticed besides the wifi and the flashing lights is that after a while the screen dosent auto rotate or takes reallllly long to auto rotate. I didnt have this issue on the other builds. I can live with it. Just sayin

Yeah, I noticed it too. It's because I switched back to the stock Froyo sensor lib. I'll experiment with replacing the new lib back and see if it's worth the difference.
