So I tried this and have a few questions

Should I close everything I'm not using?

And happens when I. close touch imputed? Doesn't it start again as soon as soon as I touch the screen again?

im sorry i cant really answer your questions as taskpanel has messed itself up, and when i say that it use to give you better customization options that it doesn't offer now. I reccomend Advanced task manager and automatic task killer as those are what i use.I have anywhere between 65 to 90 mb's of ram free at all times

and I don't recommend using ANY task killers, as the phone seems to do a very good job of managing resources on it's own over time

i know huh, but oh well it gives me a false sense of security

lol, ok, let me put it this way. I don't recommend USING them, but I have one installed myself, just in case

try Astro File Manager. It has a Task Killer. Dont kill things like messages, email, alarm clock.... Its very user friendly I think. give it a try. REPEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont kill things that will notify you of something.

Read the sticky about Task Managers at the top of this forum. Keep one around for a bad app if it happens but don't auto-kill anything. It's not good for the phone's operation, in general.
