Help Wi-Fi IP STATIC cannot browse, why

Hi all, i have a problem regarding my internet connection using fix ip(static) at my office...can connected but cant browse. In public wifi (dynamic ip) it can be use/connect/browse. Please help me if any setting have. Already tick at IP STATIC in my wifi setting on my Galaxy Ace.
