Root Extract CWM Backup?

Is there a way to extract a nandroid backup from CWM?

I have a CWM backup from when I was bootlooping, but I had some data, information, etc, that I would really like to have. Except I like my setup now a lot better.

So I was curious to see if there is a way to extract the files from the backup I created, and put it back on my phone?

Titanium Backup Pro can extract some things from CWM backups. There is a free app that can too, I think it was called App Extract or something like that but I can't find it on the market right now. I used TBPro to restore my sms and mms messages.

Thanks! I read about App Extract but I couldn't find it either.

I also was actually just trying to find a way to extract the image while I was on my computer also, so this is the perfect solution for me. Thanks though!
