Help Galaxy S2 Turns off

Galaxy S2 randomly turns off on its on even when its fully charge or has a lot off battery life left. After it randomly offs it wont turn on. Tried charging it but shows the battery with an exclamation point. and at the same time it wont turn on even when its charging. Tried taking out the battery and putting it back on a couple of times but no change in result. But when i leave it alone for 30 minutes or so im able to turn it on. Please help me.

Mine would hiccup every once in awhile. Turns out it was the battery being ever slightly loose (UK version). I ripped a tiny strip off a cigarette pack and wedged it beneath the bottom of the battery, put the battery cover back on, and it has been fine ever since (about a month now).

Mine had the same problem its hardware related, what i usually did when i had mine is that i put it into recovery mode VolUp + home button + Power button, after that i press the restart button and problem fixed, of course i got sick of it and return it after a week of using it, im buying a new one because i bought 2 and only one had that problem, thats why i figured it was a hardware problem.
