going from htc desire to a GS2

right well my Gs2 has just come in the door,

how do i go about transferring all my stuff? my desire is running Cyanogen mod
contacts will go over via google, my messages via back up restore app... then there is my app data. i dont want any of the htc stuff, but i would like my game saves?

how do i copy it over?

Traitor! Why don't you go ask the GS2 guys? Why come back to us?

haha, just kidding. I've been wondering about this myself so hopefully someone can advise. can Titanium and Mybackup backups be transferred to another phone?

If you root it then titanium is the way to go, if not I don't know if it's possible

ill do a back up of the desire apps and keep it on my pc, i need to give the phone to my dad , i will look at rooting it soon.

i am not ditching my desire, i will still use it to test out new roms
